Do you really want to yell and say something unkind to that driver who just cut you off?  Don’t!  Instead, just imagine that person just found out their significant other was cheating, that they just got fired, found out bad news, etc.  Poof!  Anger gone!  Why?  Because you can understand why they violated the rules of congress, etiquette, and civility.  And it just makes everyone’s day so much better.
