I authorize Susan’s Green Cleaning LLC to charge my credit card above for our cleanings. I have read, understand, and agree to the Service Agreement and understand and agree to the 72 business hours’ cancellation policy and the 2 week cancellation policy to cancel recurring cleanings, 10 business days’ notice to cancel One-Time, First-Time, or Move Out / Move In service. I understand there is a $250 non-refundable deposit for all One-Time, First-time, or Move Out/ Move In service.
