If customer leaves, lock up instructions will be communicated by customer to the main office.

Lockboxes are provided for small fee of $25 and are yours to keep. - Keys at Office
We do not store keys at our office.
APARTMENTS & CONDOS
We service single-family homes, however, we no longer service apartment buildings or condos unless they are north of Northgate, have parking provided, and are a unit of 8 or less units. We DO service single-family homes south of Northgate.
PARKING
- Parking to be provided if not easily available
- Any areas with 2 hour parking must provide assigned parking
- Parking for Capital Hill must provide assigned parking for two cars
- Seattle: Parking to be provided in congested areas
