Cancellation / Reschedule Policy:

72 Business Hours or Less Before Service Date

Customer is responsible for the full cost of the estimated service if appointment is cancelled/rescheduled 72 business hours or less before the service date.

One-Time, First Time, and Move-Out/Move-In Cleanings

14 Days Before Service Date:
Customer is responsible for the full cost of the estimated service if appointment is cancelled/rescheduled 14 days or less before the service date.

Non-Refundable Deposit

There is a $250 non-refundable deposit to retain your booking for all One-Time, First Time, and Move-Out Cleanings, and this deposit will be credited toward the final cost of your cleaning. This deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation of Recurring Service

If you would like to cease receiving service temporarily, long-term, or permanently, or reduce the frequency of your cleaning cadence, we require 2 weeks’ notice. Less than this is considered a late cancellation and will be charged at the full fee.
